More information on our CARF Accredited programs can be found below. We offer residential care and respite services for adults and children with developmental, behavioural, mental, and physical disabilities. Some of our homes are wheelchair accessible.
Applegate resident home supports full-time adults with developmental and physical disabilities, and is custom-built with full wheelchair access. The morning staff prepares residents for the day program activities provided in the home. There is an awake residential worker at night and the on-call manager can be contacted if there is an emergency or if extra help is required. Applegate is a licensed home funded by Community Living BC (CLBC).
Monga is a modern two-story home that offers 2 beds funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD), designed specifically to support children with medically fragile conditions and challenging behaviours. This home features a thoughtfully planned layout that comfort and safety. The upper level has spacious bedrooms with contemporary design, while the lower level also offers well-seized bedrooms to accommodate our residents/clients comfortably. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood, Monga House is conveniently located near school, parks, and local stores, ensuring easy access to outdoor activities and essential amenities.
Hilchey is a rancher-type home for respite children with behavioural challenges. The bedrooms have basic, minimal furnishings to help with overstimulated individuals. The children attend public school according to their educational plan and day program activities are provided if school is not in session. This home has a fenced backyard with a nice lawn for outdoor play. It is not wheelchair accessible. Currently the home is utilizing 1 bed funded by MCFD.
Welcome to South Island Highway, a two-story residence designed for adults facing behaviour challenges. This 2 bed residential unit is funded by Community Living BC (CLBC) and is nestled within a peaceful environment. The home features a sprawling paved driveway perfect for leisurely strolls. Step into the fenced backyard, where a lush lawn provides ample space for outdoor activities, and a dedicated garden area offers opportunities for planting fruits and vegetables tailored to enhance the well-being of our residents/clients.
Jones home is used for respite children with developmental disabilities. Currently it offers 2 bedrooms funded by MCFD with both units offering ceiling lifts. The children may attend public school according to educational plans. Day program activities are provided if school is not in session. The backyard is fenced in with a nice lawn for outside play.

Alder 2 is a thoughtfully designed two-story home dedicated to supporting teenagers in residential care who have experienced trauma and exhibit challenging behaviours. The home features a secure gate in front of the garage, ensuring privacy and safety for residents/clients. The fenced backyard offers a spacious lawn, perfect for outdoor activities, play, and relaxation.
Both offer 2 beds each and funded by MCFD.
Welcome to Nodales. This is a 2 bed ranch-style residence funded by MCFD dedicated to serving children with developmental and physical disabilities. Our wheelchair accessible home features a portable lift and hospital bed to cater to the special needs of our residents/clients. The house consists of normal-sized rooms for mobile clients, ensuring a comfortable and inclusive environment. Additionally, the property has a fenced backyard with a well-maintained lawn for outdoor activities. For convenience and ease of access, there’s a paved a pathway for wheelchairs and ramp leading from the backyard into the house.
Cordero 2,is a 2 bed ranch style home funded by CLBC, this time tailored to cater to the needs of adults with developmental delay/disabilities. Our dedicated morning staff takes the time to help prepare residents their day program activities, which are thoughtfully organized by our team members. Additionally, this home features a charming green house in the backyard, providing clients with opportunity to engage in therapeutic activities such as planting flowers or tending to plants. With a spacious and inviting backyard, residents can also enjoy various outdoor activities in a calm and peaceful setting.
