Applegate Residence is a licensed facility that provides full-time support for five adults with developmental and physical disabilities. The home is custom-built and fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring comfort, safety, and mobility for all residents. Morning staff assist residents with their daily routines and prepare them for participation in on-site day program activities. An awake residential worker is present overnight to provide continuous care and ensure residents’ safety. In case of emergencies or when additional support is needed, an on-call manager is readily available. The home operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is funded by Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) to ensure consistent, high-quality support for its residents.
Monga Residence is a modern, two-story home that provides respite care for clients with mental and developmental disabilities, as well as behavioral challenges. The home features a thoughtfully designed layout that prioritizes both safety and comfort for its residents. Please note that this home is not wheelchair accessible. Monga Residence offers a safe and secure space for outdoor activities.

Hilchey Residence is a ranch-style home that provides full-time care for children with behavioral challenges. The home features bedrooms with basic, minimal furnishings designed to support individuals who may be easily overstimulated. Children residing at Hilchey attend public school in accordance with their individualized education plans. When school is not in session, day program activities are provided to ensure continued engagement and structure. The home includes a fenced backyard with a well-maintained lawn, offering a safe space for outdoor play and recreation. Please note that Hilchey is not wheelchair accessible. South Island Highway Residence is a two-story home that provides support for adults with developmental and mental disabilities. Jones Residence is a licensed specialized respite and staffed living home for children under the age of 19 with developmental and physical disabilities. The home features six bedrooms, each with its own private washroom. Five of the six bedrooms are equipped with ceiling lifts to support children with mobility needs. In addition, there are two shared bathrooms, one of which is also fitted with a ceiling lift to enhance accessibility. Children may attend public school according to their individualized education plans. When school is not in session, structured day program activities are provided to ensure continued engagement, skill development, and support. The home includes a fenced backyard with a well-maintained lawn, offering a safe and inviting environment for outdoor play. Nodales Residence is a two-bed, ranch-style residence funded by the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) that provides care for children with developmental and physical disabilities. The home is fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with a portable lift and hospital bed to meet the specialized needs of residents. It also includes normal-sized rooms to accommodate mobile clients, creating a comfortable and inclusive living environment. The property features a fenced backyard with a well-maintained lawn for outdoor activities, along with a paved wheelchair pathway and ramp that provide convenient access from the backyard into the house. Nodales operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Cordero 2 Residence is a two-bed, ranch-style home funded by Community Living British Columbia (CLBC) that supports adults with developmental disabilities. The home features a charming greenhouse in the backyard, providing residents with opportunities to engage in therapeutic activities such as planting flowers and tending to plants. A spacious backyard also allows residents to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities in a calm and peaceful setting. The home operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
